Terms & Conditions – Golden Hours Packages

The Golden Hours Packages are offered for a limited time and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Scope & Applicable Time Slots
   • These packages are valid exclusively during the Golden Hours:
     • 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
     • 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM
   • Sessions cannot be redeemed outside these time slots under any circumstances.
2. Medical Consultation & Assessment
   • All sessions are subject to a prior medical assessment.
   • The treating physician reserves the right to modify, postpone, or discontinue any session based on the patient’s medical condition and safety considerations.
3. Validity Period
   • Package is valid for (4) four months starting from the date of payment.
   • Any unused sessions after the validity period will automatically expire without compensation.
4. Booking & Prepayment Requirement
   • Sessions are valid only within the designated Golden Hours’ time slots.
   • No session will be performed without prior confirmed booking and full prepayment.
5. Missed Sessions & No-Show Policy
   • Missed sessions will be considered used and forfeited.
6. Non-Transferable & non-exchangeable
   • Packages are strictly personal and non-transferable.
   • Packages and individual sessions cannot be exchanged for other services.
7. Refund Policy
   • All Golden Hours Packages are non-refundable.
8. Offer Combination
   • These packages cannot be combined with any other discounts.
9. Offer Management Rights
   • Everlast Wellness Medical Centre reserves the right to modify or discontinue the offer at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
